I am 11 and i am a 34 A in S padded bras. Is that small, Big, or average for my age? I am around 5'6"

There is no average bra size.
You sound perfectly fine.
You are only 11 and have at least TEN more years of growing to do in your breasts.

Well, I would say that this is a pretty average size. I'll be 13 in a month and I'm a 32 A, so yes a 34 A at 5'6" is a pretty average size.

Its average for your age. I know how you feel but don't worry they will grow in so give it some time and until they get bigger keep wearing those padded bras ;) Good Luck

I didn't get my first bra until I was almost 14.
If you are worried that your breasts are small, just remember that they will keep growing until you are 25 years old. I went up a whole cup size between 18 and 24 years old.

about average i would say. maybe even just a little bigger. i dont know what size i am because i dont wear a bra so i cant compare myself to you sorry :(

I believe you are pretty average. You are just entering puberty and all your hormones are getting settled. You will probably increase in a couple years or in as little as a couple months.

it all depends. there isn't really a norm. it just depends on when you matured. obviously, you've matured already....
