do them lizard gheko things bite???

Firstly they are Geckos, and out of the many types of Geckos the main defense mechanism is to spit a nasty chemical.

They are also very small! The largest type I understand is about 6 inches in length.

Ghekos have to bite to eat their food but I think they would bite a person if it was hurt or squeezed.

All geckos have a serrated plate-that is- a bristly feeling jawbone with no teeth connected but doesn't feel good when one latches on or if you try to remove a finger it has latched onto. The vast majority of them are nocturnal and don't like to be handled but some like; leopard geckos and fat tailed geckos make wonderful pets.
