I'd leave the room and start packing what I needed from the rest of th house and then go find aomeplace to stay. I'd call my lawyer when I left and make an appointment to stat the divorce papers. Depending on the mood I was in I'd make a lot of angry noise packing my things and leave a note saying somethign like "Don't try to contact me, my lawyer will contact you".

At least that's what I imagine when I think of such a situation. Who knows what I'd actually do. I hope I'd never have to find out!

The first thing I would do is get her car keys from her bag...then get my husband's car keys and flush them down the toilet.

So.........everybody is here and nobody is going anywhere.

Her clothes?....shredded and thrown in the garbage....so if she wants to leave she must walk home naked.

If I know her (& most of the time the wife knows her) I'm calling her family....husband, parents...whoever....and telling them she is here. Naked. With my husband.

I then tell her exactly what I think of her. And what I'll do to her if I ever find her touching ANYTHING that belongs to me again. She'll believe me.....I guarantee it. Then I shove her out the door and lock it behind her.

So..........she's gone. Naked. Running down the street. Having disgraced her family.

What about him? I can't imagine he would defend her (whoever she is).....he'd be busy trying to calm me down and talk me into not over-reacting. He's had it, now.

That bed? It's trash. He's buying a brand new one.

In fact, it'll be a long long long time before he even sees me in that bedroom again. And that bed isn't the only thing he's buying. I'm getting a brand-new make-over (evidently I'm not "pretty" enough for him) and getting all new wardrobe, jewelry, and hair/makeup.

Silent treatment. The dead speak more than I'd speak to him for at least a month. Speak? I won't make the effort to look in his direction.

When he has convinced me that he is truly sorry, and that his "wandering" days are over, I'll then begin to think about considering the possiblity of attempting to try and start to ponder the prospect of perhaps contemplating the likelihood of initially deliberating the fact that he might be worth hanging on to. Then I may begin to ponder whether or not to forgive him.

Would I divorce him? No. There are worse punishments. Believe me, there are worse.

If I walked in and found my husband with another woman, I would confront them on the spot and let the other woman know that she now has another mouth to feed and a bum to clean up after. I am pretty sure that there would be some screaming and yelling involved, throwing of items and clothes as I changed the locks as they walked out the door.

I'd be the type that would just stand in the doorway and confront them right on the spot. Don't give them the chance to make up an excuse (sadly, people tend to think that they can convince you that "it's not how it looks" even if you catch them in the act).

And, it wouldn't be me being caught in the act, so I can't answer that question.

It would depend on whether or not my children were home. There would definitely be confrontations going on, and the naked woman would be running out the front door screaming, not me.

I would be shocked...but calm.

I would turn around and walk out....that would be the last he saw me (my back)

For I heard a saying once (dirt, can never be more than just dirt) he will do this today and again to some other woman...I would walk and pack as fast as I can.

I would feel sorry to any future female that would come to know him...for once a cheater always a cheater, its a sad trajedy.

Bottom Line:

"I would feel sorry for him and walk"

I don't know what I would do in this situation... in my last marriage I was the one cheating and I often feared my "ex" was going to walk in or find out..... He probably would have confronted us on the spot had he ever caught me..... before the divorce that is........ I would probably scream and shout and just go crazy......

It happened to me. I confronted them. He moved out and in with her. When my husband tried to get back with me, (he was living with her at the time) I put hot tanning lotion all over myself before we did the do and he went home to her with bright red shapes of my body parts, all over him. Talk about revenge!

Whoa ... I'd probably confront the situation, punch the girl and leave the house, taking our 2 dogs with ME.
