Why don't you back up from Disney and get some training and experience first, then go to them when you're ready. To try sooner just puts yourself in a bad light, you wouldn't be putting your best foot forward. Get into some acting classes, voice lessons and dance classes. Audition for productions at local theatres. Once you've been in classes for a while and have a few theatrical productions under your belt, try adding student and indie films to your repertoire. Most will give you a copy and you can use that for your demo reel.

Look for auditions on backstage.com, actorsaccess.com & if you're not in an area that those sites are helpfull, try looking up your state's film alliances, associations, etc. Do a web search for your state name and the word film and see what comes up. Those sites may have class and casting info so explore them thoroughly. Make absolutely certain that your parents are ok with this because you cannot do anything without them.

good luck

you get a resume by doing a lot of shows and taking a lot of professional classes, a demo reel is a video or dvd of clips from the show you have been in. So you see, you are not ready for disney, and it would be futile for you to turn in an audition form.

Coming from a mom, i think of the Playhouse Disney stuff interior the morning is enormous and can definately not exchange that! exhibiting extra of the previous form Disney movies and cartoons may well be awsome, yet i think of Disney has a pay channel that does only that. so some distance as commercials circulate, they teach plenty below maximum channels.
