Sometimes, I am shy. I don't ask many questions. About something so Personal. But, please help me with my Chakras. They seem to be "shaky". Yesterday, when I went to that fine Scottish restaurant called "MacDonalds", I almost lost one.

ol first off avoid all Scottish foods... Especially McDonald's.
For your lower chakras to be in balance your whole being must be in balance. So remember my friend you are what you eat. Get some rest. Find a quiet time for just you and the sound of your own breathing. Work a schedule out for daily living. Stick to it. You will feel more in tune with yourself in a few days. Just relax, and find a calm place within. And if you feel the need to irrigate. Go for it.

The great thing about McDonald's is--you no longer need a colonic irrigation! They're very Chakras friendly! :)
