i just go a soccerball and i don't know what type of air or gas goes in it..?

its a professional soccerball and my uncle told me that u fill them with gas like u use in the kitchen but i'm not sure if its true so yea if u guys need any more info about the soccerball tell me that way i can tell u guys

If you want to get fancy, you could put dry nitrogen in it.
