I think it depends on your time zone and whether you're in the mood to answer questions.
For me early mid-day on weekdays is best. And also late at night. I see lots of fresh questions about mid-day. And since the house is quiet, I can concentrate on answering best at that time. Also, I usually don't work until early evenings so I have the time.
Late at night, to help me unwind or if I can't sleep... I like to come here and answer a few.
