I, too, have noticed a strong lactose intolerance here to all dairy products; cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, ice cream and even milk.
Why can't we have a lively discussion on the joys of camembert (oh, right, there are NO joys associated with camembert)

I agree...I am from the Wisconsin so I know first hand when there is anti-dairy involved anywhere....and from the looks of this place...it screams soy!
