My birthday is in two weeks and i would like to lose a couple pounds by then. Suggestions?

Eat healthy, exercise, drink tons of water, relax, sleep well, and happy birthday regardless :)

Change your lifestyle, don't go on a diet because you will gain back the weight.

If you are sedentary, try getting .5-1 hours of aerobic exercise 5 times per week. If you eat junk food, cut it out. Watch sugars, fats, and excess carbs.

Diets don't work. You want to change your lifestyle if you want to make a permanent change in your physical well-being.

eat 1 meal a day in the afternoon and no snacking.
