Probably playing the 'ol decoy ambush trick. Let someone be a decoy, to lead the prey that thinks he is the hunter, into a place where it is easy for the the two hiding to take them out.
If you haven't noticed, China developed a missile to knock satellites(something many of our weapons and defense depend on) out of space, while Russia developed a bomb more devastating than a nuke, and Iran...well Iran could have had nukes a long time ago if they really wanted them.

Religious extremists groups are teaching children to make war on America. Groups like battle cry and the WBC need to be stopped before the mushroom cloud is hanging over America.

I don't know for sure, but if whoever it is has any kind of brains at all, they'll be among those who don't receive a lot of attention but can wield a lot of influence. Fortunately, that rules out MoveOn.org; unfortunately, though, it could be someone a lot nuttier (which I admit is hard to imagine).

While these 2 groups (THE LEADERS IN / OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER) keep the shallow thinking Masses fighting over inconsequential 'nothings', they are making the real headway in achieving their goals.
Very few of us, even know the names / terms / definition's / objectives of these two organizations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
