Where you want to get married? If in India than you have to be at least 21 years old if you are man & 18 years if woman. This the minimum age required for any form of marriage in India. As far getting married in other countries, the minimum age requirement for marriage in those countries have to be followed as provided in the matrimonial laws of those countries applicable to you.

Ok if he had a green card when you marry him, so he doesn't have no problems with geting his citizenship, after 5 years been with the green card he is entitle to apply for it...But if he got marry with you and then got his green card, so he is just buying time staying marry to you...If he want to apply when he have 3 years with the green card...Is only 2 years difference...So if he did got the green card from marry to you...And he is not geting a divorce from you but he is hiding from you and don't get a divorce he is doing the smart move...Because then he wants you to go ahead and get the divorce... So in the term of tree years he can apply for citizenship...And if in application he answer that it was you that went ahead with the divorce he will be eligible is how Inmigration have it put together but if he divorce you the he won't be eligible at 3 years he have to wait 5 and I think he have to be marry to you at the time I am not sure about that after 5 years but he is just buying time and even if you divorce him he still can get citizenship...If is an abuse from him to you, any kind of abuse then he can loose his green card and be deported right away don't matter how long he is been here in the US so

ya 1 thing must be sure if ur resident of indor us it deosnt matter but for any male the time to get married is abv 25
i think coz at these stages every m/f gets settled in the life
so there e will be no probs
so study well get settled
if u r a green card holder it doesnt matter whether u r in a great positon or not is the matter considered

In America, anything is possible. If you are 18, you need no permission from anyone in America. It is not legal to question your religion on license applications and has no bearing. If you wish to marry in a Church or Temple, you will have to consult them as to the rules and rituals. A common marriage can be performed by a Justice of the Peace with no religious service and is recognized by the United States as a legal marriage.

Yes. How will I put this. Being you have a green card, does not have anything to do with your marriage. It only give you legal status to be in US and Whomsoever you fall in love to, if he don't have one, perhaps you would be of great value to help him become legal. Be careful because most men would take advantage on you once the realise that and some may only want legal status and damn you.

YES RAHUL / being HINDU and get married at 18 is nothing wrong / even in INDIA to u can get married at 18 /so why u worry so much to get married just take to girl at MANDIR AND GET MARRIED / GOOD LUCK

Why would you want to get married at 18yrs. anyway. Sweetheart It's a time for everything If this person loves you they will wait until that time come. My sister's boyfriend waited until she completed 8yr. of school before they got married. I asked him why he waited so long and he said because he loved her. So do me a favor just wait until you ture 25 get all your school in place and make sure that you have done everything you want to do. because marriage is something you don't step into lighty.
