we live in a 2 family house, the tenant lives upstairs on hte 2 nd floor and recently she removed all our stuff from the garage to which she gave us a key to.
*It is the 8th of the month and we found 2 other house, do we still have to pay her for the week and move out?
* or do we go to the police and report her action just in case she wants to take it further?

First of all, it sounds like you are the tenant and your LANDLORD lives upstairs.

You have to pay through the end of your lease ordinarily. If you don't have a lease or it is expired, you have to pay for an entire month.

If she took your stuff, of course you call the police.

Unless the garage is included in your lease agreement, the landlord can change her mind. However, she should have given you reasonable notice to move your stuff out of the garage.

You have to pay the rent for this month. You've lived there.
Even if you don't have a lease, you still have to give your landlady a 30 day written notice. That means you would owe for next month also.

Have you bothered to ask her why she moved your stuff? Don't waste the police's time.

I don't understand the question. Are you the tenant (the renter) or the landlord (who owns the house)?
