no you do not. There is no rule that says you have to be sick and miserable when pregnant.

Every pregnancy is different. Some women will go through an entire pregnancy without any nausea or vomitting. Others will be plauged with it.
If you are pregnant and not throwing up consider yourself blessed.

Nope some weman get mornig sickness the no lucky ones like me lol but i only had morning sickness for about 3 or 4 days then it stopped yay !!! anyways and the lucky woman dont get sick at all !!!

Nope, I never threw up. I know that's what they show in the movies though, you see the girl running to the bathroom and throwing up or something.

I was REALLY sick with my first, never with my second and this time only once in a while, so no you don't HAVE to throw up. It just depends.

No. The only time I've thrown up in pregnancy is when I had food poisoning.
