Moon river, wider than a mile,
I'm crossing you in style, some day.

Old dream maker, you heart breaker,
Wherever you're goin', I'm goin' your way.

Two drifters, off to see the world,
There's such a lot of world, to see.

We're after the same rainbow's end,
Waitin' 'round the bend,
My Huckleberry friend, moon river,
And me...

Beautiful song..........So simple yet says so much.......According to the song Moon River is the Huckleberry Friend, at least that's the way I interpret it..........I don't have a Huckleberry Friend at the moment..........CAT

Isn't this the song Mr. and Mrs. C got "frisky" to on Happy Days? I love this song....it is so romantic and mellow....I am praying my husband is still my Huckleberry friend.
Peace.
