warrant problems?

if i take my cousin green card and passport 2 court to show that we are totaly two different people because our names are spelled different will i be ok to clear the warrant thats on my name becuz we look alike, but our names are spelled different, and we look alike also what's the longest that it can take for a warrant to clear from a person name because when he got arrested for refusing arrest he had my id any idea anyone plz help?

That can take as long as 90 days, in my experience. It will be MUCH faster if you just get an attorney. You really SHOULD get an attorney to help clear this one up for you. Otherwise, you might get arrested for your cousin's crime.
