Should we keep him on the team or take the jerk off?

His name is jack and he is an on and off kind of guy. We never know what to expect from him.

He has great games, but they come in spurts. He lacks consistency.

I would take the jerk off if his balls start to roll in the gutter. If he maintains his average then I wouldn't make him split. But he must not be so obnoxious, especially when he pinches the female bowlers on the opposite team as they are about to bowl. He has to get his mind out of the gutter. He'll never score with them anyway. Or three strikes and he is off the team, the turkey.Let me know how it turns out, I am on pins and needles.
Jack....is his last name Meoff? I heard he shot his load with that last 300 game he bowled. He might be used up.

Unless your bowling in a league that doesnt have handicap, which is quite rare at this point anywhere in the US, I think you should get rid of him. Replace him with a consistant bowler of any average, take the extra handicap, and win more games while having a good time.
