Inside, I live in south Texas
and it is way too hot to be outside.
My cats all stay inside
and I like to be with them,
inside where it is cool.

hot weather=inside in a/c
cold weather=outside playing/walking in snow

Outside,as much as possible. I can easily camp out for five days and feel perfectly normal,no strain or anything.
