Joe Girardi. He could handle the Yanks. Remember he played with some of the current Yankees.

The Yankees should and will promote Don Mattingly to manager. I don't believe that this team needs a new face, but they need to get younger. Joe Torre is just at the end of his line. Also, friends of Posada said that he may not sign with them if they got rid of Torre to bring in another manager. He may sign back with them if Mattingly is the manager.
