Yep, sure have! When I was younger, I was obsessed with finding out what these people said on the phone to their callers... I dialed the same number at least a hundred times, and each time I hung up when it said "if you're under 18... blah blah"... and I WAS under 18, so I hung up..
When my mom got the phone bill, it was a few hundred dollars because apparently they still charge you for the ten minute speal at the beginning of the call..
Man was she pissed...

YES!!! My husband at the time and myself called phone sex lines(just a couple of times) while we were in the middle of having some crazy wild sex. We went to a chat line where a bunch of males and females were listening, and we put it on speakerphone.
