I got a letter in the mail saying I won part money in a sweepstake.The check looks real. Its from Citibank delaware,
coming from B&D Financial Services. Pleace let me know
what you think. Or if you may have heard this is a scam.

It's probably a scam.
If you are supposed to deposit the check and then wire the money somewhere, it is definitely a scam. The check will bounce but not until after you've wired the money out leaving you on the hook for the wire.

call the corparate offices of Citibank DE .
explain what u got and see what the answer is. :-)
DO NOT Deposit this check in any bank of any form. u will be prosecuted for federal bank fraud.
u didn't play a sweepstake so how can u win???
u can send the check (copied) by certified mail to ur state AG fraud division to see what they say.
