If so, is this agency legitimate and have you found work? Are there any fees that you have to pay first. Do they find you work first and do they make money from your bookings?

They seem to be from their web site, but I would certainly ask if there were any fees involved with being represented by them. They seem to be a very large agency. With as much talent as they have, it would seem difficult to get a job. I would also ask them how many actors do they have per talent agent? You want them out there working for you. I worry they might just be a place where your photo is on file.

A legit agency does not run a school so for agencies Docherty and The Talent Group are your two options For schools I don't know, maybe CLO or some of the community theaters offer children's acting classes
