Too right I am....and I am sure you know that by now. Good thing I don't have to be at work until 11!

Sure,I can't go two hours without eating a No Doze tablet so I think regular sleep patterns have learned to stay away from me since I'm obviously not their customer. But seriously,I do stay up very late for a 9-5er - usually I only sleep 2-6am - then I crash out for a hour and a half after dinner, unless i have the day off early, say 3:30 so i can get in the extra 90 minutes then.

Occasionally I'll have a sleepless night, but more often I'll sleep for a few hours and then wake up and can't get back to sleep. It helps if I don't have too much caffeine after 6:00 p.m. Then I can usually sleep soundly through the night. I find that 3 grams of melatonin helps me get to sleep if I'm too wired.

Yes, as a matter of fact I am. I roll around in bed for 2 hours until I finally fall asleep.

No I'm not but my best friend is and she's always been one! It's a terrible thing and how she exists on 2-3 hours sleep a night truly amazes me. I can only relate to it now because pain forces me to take sleeping pills and if I forget to take them...all I do is toss and turn and wonder what's wrong!

No - that is why I am on the PC at 4.01am, I don't find it hard to relax, no course I don't but as a matter of fact I did try counting sheep. I think I missed one - if you find him send him back so I can finish my counting OK?
