If you're going to be a girl for Halloween, here's what you should buy: a pair of black panties & matching bra (a pair of fake breasts too), a pair of black sheer pantyhose or black stockings & a garter belt, a little black dress, a pair of 4" black pumps, a long blonde wig & make-up, nails, perfume & some jewelry too.

Just wear a dress or jeans and a baby t shirt. If you are looking for cheap, go to the Salvation Army...buy a bra and stuff it, or buy one of those tank tops with a foam-type insert in the front. As far as makeup, to look more natural, less is more. Mascara (for your eyelashes) eye liner (in a dark color if you have dark eyes...brown, etc...use it on the bottom of your upper lids) eyeshadow in a lighter version of the same color as your eye liner...and a light colored lip stick or lip gloss...

get a wig from the nearest wig shop or make on your self our of yarn. wear a dress from your cousin, friend, or mom. use your moms make up to put on some blue eye shadow and black eye liner. also wear red blush and red lipstick/lipgloss. use a washable marker to color your shoes pink or you can use someones high heels [which you dont want to do] oh and put on some fake nails from a store that you can find any from. also if you can, wear a girly necklace or bracelet. if you decide to wear sandals, paint your toenails a color that matches your dress. it can come of with som rubbing alchohol

make sure you are SUPER clean-shaven. (girls don't have stubble.)
wear eyeliner (it's not difficult to put on)
wear lipstick
put on leggings so people won't see that you have unshaven legs (unless you're on a swim team and therefore you probably do shave your body), and then wear a skirt over that
...and if your REALLY daring, and REALLY want to look like a girl......wear a padded bra under your shirt.

Wear a skirt and a blouse. You can also wear lipstick, eyeshadow, and blush. Don't forget heels. And get a wig.
