Government exploitation? like council tax, high petrol prices and uncontrolled borders and exploitation of the social benefit system?Waste of public resourses like money paid to politicians and government officers?and thousands and thousands of organisations which have been deliberately statred by the government?

The answer sadly is when they all run out of credit, Britain is a Nation of addicts to the consumer society, as long as theres Chinese crap on the High Street and credit on their cards what happens to others is "not their business".
The media has been dumbed down to level for the lowest common denominator,television panders to the brain dead and apathy has replaced National pride, intellect and social conscience.
The end product is a population, manipulated by the government ( failing education, declining law & order, delelict health service) into a Nation of powerless, helpless,apathetic and thoughtless vote fodder.

No matter who you vote for a government gets in. British people won't stand up to a government because it's just not the done thing mores the pity.

NEVER, cos it would only be a waste of breath.
the GREAT british public would never stand together.
look what happened a few years back when we had the fuel boycots!!
the boycotters were all on their own.
all it would have taken was for the car driving faction to park up for a week or two and we would be paying a LOT less for fuel nowadays.
the motto for the UK should be 'all for one and fcuk you mate'..lol
