You didn't say when you're planning on going, but I think you should definitely go to Aspen and see the Maroon Bells. The road to the Maroon Bells closes during the winter because of snow but I was there about 10 days ago and the road was still open at that time. I'm giving you a link to a site with information, (and pictures), about the Maroon Bells because they seem to be unknown outside of Colorado but are very beautiful. I'm also giving you a link to the White River National Forest website. They can tell you if the road to the Maroon Bells is still open in case you'll be coming to Colorado very soon. i understand they have some 18 and up nightclubs in case your in to that stuff... i'm from Denver so there is lots greater to do, yet I even have been to a great form of solid events there. I evaluate Colorado Springs a great small city...
