I had the same thing(itchy hands, feet legs etc) with no rash what so ever when I was about that far along with twins. I itched so bad that I gave my self bruises and the Dr asked if I was being abused! That Dr. didn't know what it was but when I was put in the hospital in early labor at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital in NH they said "oh, it's a hormone imbalance and gave me a prescription for a daily pill that cured the itching immediately. As soon as I delivered my hormones returned to normal within a couple of days and I was normal again.

This is normal, and due to the pressure being put on organs like the gallbladder and liver, as well as the increase in blood volume. Basically, it's a little jaundice from the destruction of old red blood cells, which causes itchy skin.
