It is just spam. Delete it. Do not bother opening it.

You don't have to visit or join any porn site to get pornographic spam. I do not visit porn sites, and I don't receive anything from them, but I receive plenty of trash that I did not ask for.

You dont need to have visited porn sites to get on their spam mailings. Whatever you do, DON'T reply to them or you will become a verified mailing address and you will get even more junk. Block them by adding their name into your email settings as spam.
