I hate Manny! I'm a Yankees fan and I respect everyone on the Red Sox team (Ortiz...yeah maybe lol) EXCEPT Manny. I think he is rude and cocky and conceited. The difference between him and Derek Jeter (there are way more differences) is that when Derek Jeter hits a homerun...he starts running RIGHT AWAY. When Manny hits a homerun, he STANDS there for like 5 seconds to admire it! what a conceited jerk! I just wanna punch him sometimes!

Everyone respects Manny. Oh but thats right your a yankees fan and you disrespect anyone or any team or any fan of any baseball team. Have we disrespected you and the yankees? I think not even tho the yankees do suck this year and even if they win tonight they dont have a chance. Plus they have to win 3 straight and if they lose tomorrow Torroe is still out so what does it matter? I dont think anyone has disrespected your team.. but also the red sox fans have better class we could careless if they win or lose because we love the red sox and if you knew that just as much as we do you wouldnt care either.

Edit: Dont be a poor sport just because the red sox swept the angels 3 games to none..

Well Supermat.. Everyone on the Yankees team is rude and cocky too. Especially Damon. I respect the yankees, theyve won forever. Im also very glad you respect the red sox too, yes you may think manny is rude and cocky but he likes to watch his homeruns go far same with big papi.. But i have no respect for damon.. he disrespeted the sox...

This is a question for tfromdai-

Please tell me how Manny Ramirez is still in his prime? He is 35 years old and has missed 30 games each of the last two years. As a Yankees fan I don't like Manny but, I know he is one of the better OFers to play in the last decade. I also know he is on the tail end of his career, not his prime.

No, EVERYONE respects Manny. No matter what he does, everyone respects him (sox fans and coaches and players) because if they gave him the least bit of attitude, he would leave the Red Sox.

When he was sitting out for what seemed like a million games recently, no one told him he had to stop acting like a baby because we don't want Manny to leave. We love him too much.

Say what you want, but we now see who the real Mr. October is. No knock on Reggie JAckson (well actually it is I hate the Yanks) but Manny is the best and most clutch player since Ted Williams.

PS The scry part us, he's still in his prime

Please explain why you are asking this!

Is it because of his interview the other night?

or

Are you just being a poor sport since the Red Sox swept the Angels?
