As for Clinton and Osama, One Ronald Reagan saved Osama's rear from the Russians. Had Reagan not given $$$$$$$$$$$$$$, weapons and ammunition to Osama, The Russian Army would have Killed him...

Let's see... First he is a member of one of the two major political parties in the US. so he has access to party info. He is involved with politics, has friends in other gov't agencies and has dealt with various gov't departments over the years. so it stands to reason he might just have a wee bit of inclination as to what might be happening politically in the US.
As for 9/11 it was committed by outside peoples who have no american affiliations and didn't exactly call the US gov't or any party peoples and announce their intentions. Therefore no forewarning or other insight as to what they were about to do.
