Yeah. I asked people if they liked cold pizza and i got like 90 answers and 47 stars. and this guy was jealous so he did the same question. he got 2 answers and got reported :-)

Really I haven't actually noticed this due to the fact that this is my first day on the "job". But I do think that if you're asking the same or similar question, people who have already answered a similar question aren't going to bother to answer yours since they have just answered an identical question. If you know that there is a question similar to yours out there, read the answers to that question first.
In the end it all depends on the question posed.

Just ask and answer enought questions to be noticed.
When l started l barely got more the 20 answers. It takes time and patience.
