No, it's not necessarily hard to read but it does bug me. I do think that people should take that split second to capitalize that first letter, use your proper grammar and show that you weren't educated by the village idiot.
I mean come on, it's not that hard is it. People should know there upper case letters.

The grammar, punctuation and spelling on here is so bad at times, that I just get used to it. Proper use of the English language has fast become a lost art, probably due to the abbreviated text messaging on cell phones, and on the internet chat rooms.

No, just means you are reading to quickly to catch it. It is nice to see capitals when necessary.

Kinda I would prefer that they do do that. Though for me it's really hard to read a question when there is no punctuation.

All matters if that's the only thing wrong. That with a ton of misspellings and I suffer through it.
