Yes. The one time that I really knew about it was a doozy. I was so hurt and bewildered, I avoided the person for a few weeks. When the person called me, acting innocent, asking to get together, I confronted them about the gossip and lies. Their hesitance and stammering was all the confirmation I needed. Our 5 year long friendship was over.
It was all because I had a job the other person wanted. All they had to do was wait just a little longer, I had another job lined up, was leaving, and would have recommended them as my replacement. Needless to say, the job was assigned to someone else!

Not to my knowledge. Usually that happens between women-guys just blow it off and go have a beer together.

Yes, she told lies about me and to me and I could never speak to her again, she has tried to apologise but I don't want to hear it.
