At first I noticed it on myspace and I figured ok well that sometimes happens on myspace, it happens on almosty every site I go on now. Like theres an ad it usually says for dating in your area or something with a naked/half naked girl. I thought they were actual ads until they became fully naked instead of half naked. I was just on disney.com and there was an ad of a fully naked girl touching herself. I dont know why its doing this but its ridiculous. Does anyone know whats wrong and how I can fix it? Its really discusting and I know thats not meant to happen. =[

you have spyware/adware on your pc which is embedding advertising into the pages you're viewing.

remove it with these:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_aware_free.php
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

if you don't have virus protection (a seperate issue, but an important one) use this free antivirus software:
http://www.avast.com/eng/download.html

as for why it's pornographic images? 'sex sells' and they're banking that the owner of the pc is a gullible male.

EDIT:
the problem is not with popups, you said as much in your question which is why i didn't mention them in my own answer - the answer above me is inaccurate to your problem and what i refer to in mine is an entirely seperate issue - please try what i've recommended, you'll find it will likely solve your problem.

You need a pop-up blocker. Some browsers like firefox have built in pop-up blockers, and you can use the options on internet explorer, or you can find a shareware or trial ware software that will block unwanted ads from popping up.
