I am getting mine in two weeks. I have researched vasectomies very carefully over the last two years. There is not one bit of evidence of any side effect of any kind. Decreased sex drive is purely psychological.

Yeah the other two guys are right. Nothing changes but your ability to release sperm. Keep in mind that they have done research and found that men who have vasectomies are at increase risk for TC (testicular cancer)
