Everytime I type, my wrist begin to hurt lately. I used to type very fast, but now it's like I've forgotten how. Can someone reccommend some tips on how I can improve my typing speed or how I can position my hands so that my wrists will stop hurting?

There is a wrist rest support available on the market. It sits right in front of your keyboard, and is rounded and contoured to lessen the stress on your wrists as you type.

As for speed, practice, practice, practice.

Hover your fingers slightly above the keys. It takes some time to get used to but you'll be faster in the long run. Also, buy an ergonomic keyboard the type that curves. I use one and it's awesome. You wouldn't believe how cramped your fingers have to be with a regular keyboard.

hold your wrists up and don't relax them on the keyboard - this helps with the pain - also to increase your speed don't look at the keyboard when you are typing - that will increase your speed x5.
