I have two red ear slider semi-aquatic turtles, and i was thinking about upgrading to a larger, better looking tank. I already have a 25 gallon glass tank, but i want a much bigger one, and was wondering if they sell tanks with land and water dividers? I made a picture on Paint showing what I want: http://img292.imageshack.us/img292/8146/aquariumne1.png

There is only one specialty tank shop near me, and i don't think they sell tanks with dividers. If you know of a website that sells tanks like this, post a link please?

Nice picture. You can buy a divider at your local pet store for $10-15. We did it because we wanted the same thing.. after we went through the ordeal of setting it up, we didn't like it. I didn't like that for part of the tank all I could see was gravel.
Our turtles didn't bask as often and it took up their swimming area. RESs are swimmers.
My opinion from experience, you are better off to buy the basking dock. You can find those at your local store too.

they used to sell a tank like that but it can no longer be bought :( but you can buy tank deviders they are chap and easy you will have to buy a large tank and use a divider for it but dont get a divider the same size as ur tank because iyour tutles will not be able to go to the watter buy one that is about half the height of ur tank the same width of you tank sop you can make a half and half tank go to this site for more info:

Don't bother- it is not worth the work unless you are breeding them, and even then it does not work well. Outdoor ponds work a lot better.

Go with a BIG tank (at least 10 gallons per inch of shell length) and some good basking sites. Try http://www.redearslider.com for other ideas.
