1992 700r4 no 4th?

after rebuild no 4th gear servo looks good has all other gears. What could be the problem.

Shifter not all the way into OD.

Count the clicks from 1st, 2nd, 3rd, OD on the shifter.

Check the detent cable adjustment(throttle cable),very critical on this transmission.HTH
