i just hate it
i don't have a bf because i don't want and because i haven't found one yet!
gosh!
i just like being single!

Oh my gosh, I totally know what you mean. Like some people will be like "I'm surprised you don't have a bf" or "You should get a bf."
First of all its like WHY DO YOU CARE?? DO YOU HAVE THAT MUCH FREE TIME??
I like being single! I don't have to have a bf all the time unlike you who claims you have a bf/gf even though its not really dating its just saying you are going out with each other but not really...
I totally agree-I can't stand it!
Oh and heres the thing that really gets me, when the person asking has a bf/gf and its like they are just trying to rub it in your face....I'm like honestly I don't care, if you think you are better than me because you have a bf/gf then you are incredibly sad!
haha wow i'm sorry i just went off on a tangent but seriously i cant stand it!

I am so there with you! If I wanted a bf I'd have one right now, but right now I like being single, and when the time comes I'll know when I'm ready. I'll only date once I know I'm ready for marriage. I hate it that people ask me why I'm not married yet and act surprised when I say I'm not. They're like I thought for sure you'd have a husband or something like that. Heck, I'm only 22! And what I hate even more is that they start questioning your sexuality. I am straight, but it's my problem if I want to stay single or not, not theirs. Besides those exact same people that ask me have marriage or boyfriend problems. Seriously, this girl at work is all bruised up asking me when I'm getting married. She even told me her boyfriend beats her up. I mean wtf? And another has marriage problems. So do they want me to get married soon so I can be like them? Sorry, I just got all worked up. But I know exactly what you're going through.

I like being single too! Yeah, they usually just say that to brag and make you feel bad, but I wouldn't want to in a relationship right at the moment.

I have never been asked that before. Also I have never asked anyone that. If I was in your place that would be annoying. I like being single too. It gives me a lot to think about.

I'm with you. I enjoy being single and just dating. Tried the marriage thing and happier the way I am. I'm married to my work and life of raising my kids as a single parent.

I never used to want one or feel the need to have one but I've been with mine over year so I don't remember what single feels like :( Don't want to either.

It's so annoying, so I come up with interesting things to say to them. Like: "You know that I'm annoying, who do you think would want to put up with me?" or "There's no good pickings at this school. Just wait til college where all the good ones are!" and stuff like that.

meh. I say it's 'cause all the guys are idiots, or out of my league. And nobody's asked me out yet, beyond the occasional truth/dare or zap sucker.
and I'm not allowed 2 date yet.
and, yeah, wazzit matter to you why I'm single, I am, live with it.

I hate when people ask me too. And then what is upsetting at times is that those who ask wants to play matchmaker.

Yes. Sometimes it makes me feel like crying when they ask because it feels like they are rubbing in the fact that I don't have one.
