I don't need a road map. I know the exact route to where my heart, my mind, my soul and my strength are. And I keep in touch regularly with all those emotions at every stop. Sometimes the road is bumpy, and I don't always like what I find there, but I go there anyway. That's the only way to stay emotionally healthy.

it can help. Take Psyche courses. They help no matter what else you go into. there are 6 basic emotions that every baby has. Fear, happy, angry, content, curious, and and . . i can't remember.
