I lost from a size 10-12 to a size 0 - `1 in less than 7 months by physical, emotional damaging abuse that i just TOOK and never bothered to retaliate back .......

Sorry, no ring of truth here. Over the years, 24 years, of marriage I have learned to accept advice from my wife about any issue in my life, such as weight. And, she accepts my concerns for her as well. So, why wait for the weight? Speak up, kindly, and work together.

lol I've never heard of it put this way, and I love it, because it is so true. We've gain some weight since we've been married. We plan on working on it..sometime soon.
