What's for dinner? I mostly make meals that my husband and son enjoy eating. (I will eat very little of it, because I am not a big eater like them, lol. I eat small amounts of food that they eat, because my husband and son's bodies need more food than I do.)
Tonight, I decided to make them, baked chicken parmesan with lightly buttered whole wheat spiral noodles (OR maybe just home-made lightly buttered, whole-wheat rolls), and cream style corn. For dinner's dessert: freshly baked whole, wheat chocolate-chip, banana bread.
I try making dinners meals (all their meals in general) healthy, by making our family meals include all the food groups: meat, dairy, grains/pasta or breads, vegetables, and fruit. I am a big believer in eating the right foods and amounts that our bodies need, to function properly and live.
