My friends and I love to get dressed up really pretty and get our hair and makeup done. I need some ideas of some things to do for my birthday if we wanted to do that. I really don't want to spend money at all if we can stay away from it. What are some cool things to do out (not at home) that is fun and will be remembered. Please help!!!

dancing under the stars. invite some friends to the beach/park/etc take a picnic (chocolate covered strawberries, tiny cakes, sparkling cider) take a radio with all of your fave tunes and everyone load up and go to a fave public place and have a party (simple, legal, & cheap)
