In the US, when can I legally re-marry after a divorce? Thanks in advance!

The question is not if, or what everyones opinion is. The asker was asking a legal based question.
Legally there will be differences in every state. Your best bet is to contact your local clerk of courts office or marriage licensing office to find out the particular laws in your state. My dad had to wait 3 months after his but that was a long time ago. Like I said though, the only way to know for sure in you area is to talk to a local clerk of courts or marriage licensing office, they will know the laws that affect you.

(After you don't feel anything for your EX!)Depends on the state you are in. In some states you have to be separated for a while and then they finalize the divorce. And then you can go and get a marriage license and that's it. You're re-married. Just call the local family court in your city.

It depends on where you live. In some states you can remarry the day after your divorce is final. In others, there is a waiting period. You need to contact the people who issue marriage licenses wher eyou plan to be married and ask them.

Depends upon what the laws are in Texas....I was divorced in Missouri...and a person there had to be divorced one month before they could remarry.

You can remarry as soon as the divorce is final, there will be a short waiting period for the marriage license though.

I would think that once the divorce is final, you are able to remarry whenever you want.
