I need ringtones, carrier is cingular wireless.

OK go on www.phonezoo.com and sign up its free but make sure you got a picture phone, no cost and its not one of those virus web sites, this is the best site I've ever got new ring tones from...................

There are plenty of sites that will let you download free ringtones, but Cingular will still screw you with network charges for the transfer of the ringtone to your phone. Thus, the answer is no.. there are no free ringtones, only less expensive ones.
