Why would you come all this way to just burn a flag? Being that you are not an American you cannot be charged with a crime for burning an American flag, you will be declared an undesirable alien and deported.

You are protected from prosecution, but not from upset people who may not take kindly to your actions. Flag desecration The divisive issue of flag desecration as a form of protest came before the Supreme Court in Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989). The Supreme Court reversed the conviction of Gregory Lee Johnson for burning the flag by a 5-4 vote. Justice William J. Brennan, Jr. asserted that "if there is a bedrock principle underlying the First Amendment, it is that government may not prohibit the expression of an idea simply because society finds the idea offensive or disagreeable." Many members of Congress criticized the decision of the Court and the House of Representatives unanimously passed a resolution denouncing the Court.[6] Congress passed a federal law barring flag burning, but the Supreme Court struck it down as well in United States v. Eichman, 496 U.S. 310 (1990). Many attempts have been made to amend the Constitution to allow Congress to prohibit the desecration of the flag. Since 1995, the Flag Desecration Amendment has consistently mustered sufficient votes to pass in the House of Representatives, but not in the Senate. In 2000, the Senate voted 63–37 in favor of the amendment, which fell four votes short of the requisite two-thirds majority. In 2006, another attempt fell one vote short.

Despite the hateful speech of the other answers (protected by the First Amendment.) Your right to free speech is protected in the United States. Citizen or Not. This is the law.

If you want to come here and spew anti-American slogans and symbols. Go for it. Most Americans will just dismiss you as being hateful and unapproachable as a reasonable person.

The rest of the Americans that spew hate at you? Just ignore them as hateful and unapproachable as a reasonable persons.

Before you start burning though, learn more about us. Go to the Lincoln and Jefferson memorials. Arlington. New York. Chicago. St. Louis. New Orleans. San Francisco. Los Angeles. We are more that that flag. But we are all related to it. Maybe some of these Americans you hate, you would actually like.

Not being an American Citizen you don't enjoy any of our rights.... so burn away. You would be arrested, labeled as an undesirable alien and deported to your home of record.

During the process some redneck cop may be offended by something you say or feel threatened by you and have to bring you into submission. That would be hilarious to watch. But by all means..... come on over, burn away.

I would suggest that you do it in your country though. You're liable to get your *** kicked over here.

Well...first off..you are NOT protected by the 1st Amendment because you are not a citizen of the US. Second..make sure you are not near an American worth his/her salt cause you will get beat down. Try California...right around San Fransisco....nobody out there love the US.

Come on over.

As a citizen of a foreign country you have ZERO rights under our constitution, so it will be our pleasure to beat the french right out of you.

You have rights under the EU constitution, I guess, if you silly snits ever get around to ratifying it.
