I'm trying to enjoy the Cleavland/Yankees game but the one annoucer is driving me crazy. I'm having watch the game with sound off. I think it's Craig Sager (not sure). He sounds like Gomer Pyle..., Get 'er done!

You guys are right about Jim Neighbors. He does have a beautiful speaking and wonderful singing voice. Never intended any disrespect for him.
I said the annoucer sounded like Gomer.
Thanks for letting me know TBS won't be broadcasting the leaugue playoffs and the series. Very good news!

The baseball commentating has been awful on TBS. Thanks for calling in the NBA announcers for the MLB playoffs. Was Bill Walton unavailable?
Jim Nabors DID have a wonderful speaking voice. It's true. He was also a good singer.
Glad to see TBS had Steve Stone calling a few of the games though, he was a relief amongst an otherwise tepid crew. Oh well, the next two rounds are on FOX and we won't have to worry anymore.
