I just flushed out my radiator and put new coolant in, and after running it for a few minutes with the cap off, I see some white bubbles/cream type of color in my coolant. Should I be concerned, and anything I should do?

Thanks!

No biggie.
It's just preservative that was in the new radiator to keep it from corroding durring storage.

After the flush you didn't fully flush out the radiator and engine with clean water. If there isn't to much it shouldn't hurt anything, If you have the money and time it might be a good idea to fully drain and flush the system with clean water; thermostat out and engine running and top radiator hose off, garden hose running water into top of radiator, 3 to 5 minutes.
