This is very easy. Any number divided by 10 can easily be solved by moving the decimal point over one digit to the left.

So 3 divided by 10. Now 3 is the same as 3.0 and now we take the 3.0 and move the decimal point over one digit to the left and it becomes 0.3

Answer 0.3
