Yes there are such things as black and brown diamonds, and they are really pretty. I'm not sure if you've heard of an 80's rap group called Run DMC, but Reverend Run's wife, Justine, is coming out with a line of brown diamonds (chocolate diamonds) that will be on sell soon. She displayed some of her pieces, and they are beautiful.

I have seen some awfully dark ones on QVC and they looked like you could see through them. the light brown ones were called champagne diamonds.

yes there are i used to work in a jewelery store and we sold black diamonds
