It is wrong to hunt Koalas or Pandas because they're endangered. I see nothing wrong with hunting animals as long as they are plentiful and you abide by hunting laws.
As far as wearing fur, I can't really say anything about it because I would be a total hypocrite. I own leather shoes, I eat meat. I bought my daughter a down-filled parka to keep her warm this winter. Some of the ties in my closet are made of silk. It's weird though how those items are more acceptable than fur. My wife thinks it's because people always want to save the cute animals...cynical, but probably true.

BTW its a KOALA !! Its not called a Koala Bear never has been and never will be as you point out yourself its a marsupial. I used to live in Australia and if there is one thing in life that annoys me its people who put the word bear after Koala it does not belong.
In answer to your question hunting for skin or meat of these animals is totally wrong .

These animals were put on this earth just as we were. Hunting them, or any other animal, by any other means than natural predators is wrong. The same goes for fox hunting, with which I am totally opposed. Man nowadays can make imitation skins and furs, so why not just do that. And leave the innocent animals alone.

I'm gonna go with pandas. Koalas sleep way too much, there's no reason for them to be that tired. Trivia: Koalas aren't actually bears.

Of course! It's wrong for us to kill innocent animals!! Now i don't mind people hunting if they use the whole animal for food to survive. My boyfriends family hunts regularly, but they use the meat 2 feed them during the winter. People don't NEED fur coats ..but they do need food. It's just gross to me. Killing a koala bear or panda for its fur is like killing a dog to me. It's just not right or humane.

Yes, this is wrong. these animals are not real plentiful and should not be hunted at all. Hunting animals for their fur is wrong, we have the capability to make synthetic furs that are beautiful and warm, --- let's keep our animal kingdom intact so that we will all be blessed by their presence for decades to come.

Yes it's sick! and people who 'enjoy' this type of 'pastime' should be skinned themselves!
Fur coats are worn by beautiful animals and 'ugly' people...........
What right do 'Humans' have to hunt and torture other animals because they get a sick kick out of it???It is not a right., it is a perverse way some people live their sad ruthless lives........ People like this make me sick and if they were crossing a road with a Rat and a car came close, I would save the Rat............

As you probably know, both koalas and pandas are endangered species. So it's completely wrong to hunt them. If you live in Australia, try hunting rabbits. We've got plenty of them, and you can not only use the fur but you can eat them too. Same with rats.

Hunting any animals is wrong. Why does anyone want to kill innocent animals.? You don't say if you do. Personally I think hunters are cowards. They feel very brave behind a gun but take that gun off them and they would run a mile.

No animal should be hunted for their fur, tusks or the rhino for its horn. I'm an avid animal lover & cannot bear cruelty of any form. This also applies to research & vivisection.
